Rotation Schedule+
Procedure: School Reps pack up paintings in their bags (cardboard on the glass side), and leave them by the school door for the driver. This must be done at any time on Wednesday. Driver picks up early (and we mean early!) on Thursday morning, for delivery to the next school (listed below your school—Central receives from Orchard). If you forget to pack up your paintings and you miss the driver, you must call the next school and make arrangements to take them over.

NEW THIS YEAR! Docents: Please check your e-mail for the “E-lists” of the collections on display in your school. (An “E-list” is a one page listing of an individual collection with hyperlinks to the images and/or biographies of the artists, to use for your reference.)
